We’re hiring a Back Office Executive & Customer Support Specialist to join our esteemed client’s team. This role involves managing the backend support system for a reward application and delivering exceptional customer support via email, WhatsApp, and telephone.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage backend support for the reward application, ensuring smooth operation and timely issue resolution.
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer support via email, WhatsApp, and telephone, addressing inquiries and guiding customers through the redemption process.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints in the CRM system.
  • Generate and analyze MIS reports to track performance indicators and identify trends in customer behavior.
  • Assist customers with app installation, account setup, and redemption process, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall customer support experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a back office or support desk environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with reward or loyalty programs is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and design preferred.

Salary:

  • Salary range: INR 9,000 – 16,000 per month.
