Job Description: Business Development Executive (IT Sector – Digital Marketing)

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in the IT sector, with a focus on digital marketing. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our client base, specifically within the digital marketing segment. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape in the digital marketing segment.
• Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, referrals, and telecalling to the leads.
• Engage in proactive business development activities to meet and exceed sales targets, specifically within the digital marketing segment.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their business needs and proposing suitable digital marketing solutions.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to provide accurate project requirements and deliverables to clients.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our digital marketing services.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction within the digital marketing segment.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings in the digital marketing space to stay competitive in the market.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our digital marketing services and expand professional networks.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Business Development Executive in the IT sector, with a focus on digital marketing.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth within the digital marketing segment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Experience in telecalling and lead generation activities within the digital marketing segment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of market research and lead generation techniques in the digital marketing space.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to track and manage customer interactions.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
