Responsibilities:

Analyze project requirements and prepare customized proposals tailored to client needs.
Submit compelling bids and proposals that showcase our IT/software development and digital marketing capabilities.
Maintain an organized bid tracking system to manage leads, proposals, and outcomes.
Client Communication:
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their project requirements, objectives, and expectations.
Build rapport with clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with technical and creative teams to gather necessary information for proposal preparation.
Sales and Marketing:
Identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to enhance the organization’s online presence.
Leverage your experience in online sales and bidding platforms to maximize client engagement and project acquisition.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align bidding efforts with overall business goals.

Negotiation and Contract Closure:

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Online Bidder or Business Development Executive in the IT industry, with a focus on IT/software development and digital marketing services.
Strong understanding of web development, mobile app development, and digital marketing services.
Demonstrated experience with online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and similar portals.
Successful track record of generating online sales and securing projects through bidding platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to clients.
Proficient in preparing and presenting detailed project proposals and cost estimates.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation and client management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
