We are looking for a junior CMS developer with hands-on experience in WordPress and a basic understanding of Drupal. The role involves developing custom WordPress themes and plugins, converting Figma/PSD designs to fully responsive websites, and integrating them into clean, optimized WordPress structures.

Key Responsibilities

Theme & Plugin Development

• Develop and customize WordPress themes using header.php, footer.php, functions.php, and other core files.

• Build or extend plugins based on project needs.

• Ensure proper enqueuing of styles and scripts, and modular code practices.

Design to Web Conversion

• Convert Figma or PSD designs to pixel-perfect responsive HTML using Bootstrap.

• Integrate HTML templates into WordPress themes using template hierarchy and loop logic.

Drupal (Preferred)

• Basic understanding of Drupal CMS for minor edits, theming, or migration-related tasks (preferred, not mandatory).

Page Building and Admin Control

• Create manageable custom sections using ACF or custom meta boxes.

• Ensure admin users can control page content without direct code changes.

Required Skills

• WordPress Custom Theme & Plugin Development

• PSD/Figma to WordPress Conversion

• HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery

• PHP & MySQL Basics

• Git Basics

• Drupal Experience (Preferred but not required)

Soft Skills

• Ability to follow instructions and coding standards

• Willingness to learn and work under mentorship

• Ability to deliver within deadlines
